Each caudal ramus with five setae
Third segment from the end on the right antenna has no appendage
Left fifth leg shorter than the right fifth leg and reaching beyond the first segment of the right exopod
Endopod of the right fifth leg longer than the first exopod of the right fifth leg
Terminal claw of the right fifth leg not angled
Specimen approximately 1 mm long
Ecology
Found in lakes and ponds of the northeastern states.
