Distinguishing Characteristics
  • Each caudal ramus with five setae
  • Third segment from the end of the right antenna has a curved process, which is usually pointed. The process is shorter than the second segment from the end
  • Both terminal processes of the left fifth exopod digitiform and blunt
  • Right fifth endopod triangular
  • Lateral spine located proximal to middle of segment
  • View entire male 5th leg
  • Spine on right antennule segment 11 much shorter than segment 13 (1)
  • Males are approximately 1.1 mm long
