Morphology: |

|
Unicellular monoraphes asymmetric in transapical axis (valve view) and longitudinal girdle axis. Broader pole somewhat capitates. Raphe interrupted centrally by ~33% of valve length. Striae are parallel and lie perpendicular to long axis of raphe.
